Well every time there is an Earthquake somewhere around the globe, I remember my PhD was all about earthquake and how to protect older fragile and sub-standard #conctrete buildings using (used to be modern) CFRPs and Fiber reinforced SCC Jackets. ![]() Your body and mind will thank you for it. So, if you're like me and you're tired of feeling drained and scattered, give matcha a try. I was able to whip up a matcha latte or add it to my morning smoothie for an extra kick. Not only did matcha improve my physical and mental well-being, but it was also delicious. Instead, I was calm, focused and more productive. I was no longer reaching for coffee every few hours just to get through the day. Matcha provided me with sustained energy and focus throughout the day, without any of the negative side effects. □Īnd let me tell you, it was a game-changer. I had no idea that all this coffee was taking a toll on my adrenal glands, messing with my sleep and leading me down the path of adrenal fatigue and burnout. I was tired, scattered and felt like I was constantly running on empty. I found myself reaching for more coffee, only to perpetuate the cycle of jitters and crashes. □īut every day, like clockwork, I would experience an afternoon crash. I would reach for a cup first thing in the morning to power through my workout. So next time you're feeling stressed or overwhelmed, reach for a warm cup of tea instead of another cup of coffee.
